I have used CamScanner, it comes in handy if you need to scan documents and convert them to a pdf and email them. You can also just safe them to the phone, Dropbox or their cloud service. Works with Android or Apple....

Not sure if you should put wd40 on the electrical connectors of the injectors... Usually, when the HES unit fails, the bike will not start at all, there is no spark and no fuel squirt. But you can get your plate done, and have one less worry when riding the bike. Dan....
