Roger, I wonder if the 10% ethanol might actually leave over a 6-month hot weather period and with it it's water-suspending capacity. I think the Techron (even the ultra concentrated) is mostly methanol which would help it burn water, in addition to the scrubbing of the detergent...

Has anyone tried the Haynes on line manuals? You can buy the print version for $49 or the on line 1 yr subscription for $29. I can't find any information on how the subscription works. I can only assume that after 1 yr you would lose access to the manual unless you pay again. ...

Went for a little longer ride wearing my GT Air yesterday. It was less windy than my previous test ride. I am 100 % satisfied with the wind protection, fit and comfort. Not sure why this wasn't the case, but my sun visor didn't appear to fog up like my C3 Pro, in similar temps......

If you have ethanol as I guess you probably do, it will start eating the pickup screen ,the black rubber vibration damper and the float wiring in the tank. You can remove the gas cap, siphon out the gas, carefully lift the pump up a bit and reach in to feel the black vibration ...
