I had very significant "Brake Judder" and thought my front rotors were badly warped. I was hoping the judder might go away when I installed my new EBC Sinctured Metalic Pads--no luck. Then I took the suggestion on another thread and scrubbed the front rotors inside and out with a "Scotch-bright Pad", and used "Berryman B-12" as a strong cleaning fluid.

I then went for a short ride and tried a couple of fast stops from about 40mph--no more judder.

Let me know if others of you try this easy fix and it works for you. I'm hoping the EBC pads don't transfer material to the rotors as the BMW pads seem to have done.

What is the B-12 not a vitamin is it?

Here's what the can looks like and it should be available at auto parts stores such as AutoZone or Napa. You can also use Brake cleaner or some other strong solvent. I just happen to like Berryman for cleaning carbs, injectors and such.
