Antimatter
👬 Hey Mr, pop a wheelie! https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/mcy/d/street-legal-wr450-supermoto/6615717188.html Pat I would love to find one of these locally, but not street legal. The problem with a plated dirt bike is the 500 mile oil changes and 5,000 mile engine rebuilds. Link to comment

TEWKS
My father had a Chief very similar to this when he was a young man, believe it was a 46 also. He said he had some very nice paint work done to it and sold it for a whopping $200.00! I'm always looking for a used KLR in great condition, but my preference is 1st generation (2007 and earlier), but if this was near me I would consider it. Johnny J Link to comment

Ken S
Can someone give me suggestions on determining the price to pay for a 2010 RT. I know the $ amount is significantly affected by how badly the seller wants to unload it, and the buyer wants it. But numbers would be helpful. Here are seller's details (I haven't checked it out yet): condition: excellent odometer: 11000 Low miles Recent Tires Factory keyed saddlebags Every option: Abs, cruise control, heated seat and grips. Rick Mayer cycle Custom leather seat. Link to comment
AviP
Well, you are keeping this find to yourself I guess. I purchased an 07 RT for $5300 with similar low miles for my brother. I'd say no more than $6500. Link to comment
TEWKS
Nada says $7000 for a 2010. Believe it or not my gut said 9k and I usually never go that ^ way. Shoot 7 at him. Pat Link to comment

TEWKS
I think performance wise a BMW GS would run circles around it. Then again, adventure bikes aren't really all about that IMO. I think it'd be an interesting ride for sure, especially if you could snag it for 6K. Pat Link to comment

Gas, tire, oil for the most part and it has to work for someone 6'5 and 14 stone. Link to comment

I put a Scottoiler on mine to take care of that job, so I wouldn't forget. Kind of a mixed bag. It was pretty messy, and I discovered the hard way that their standard oil flowed too fast in high temperatures. Link to comment
