I made it home about 12:30. No issues or drama other than a few too many furry critters this morning hanging out by the roadway. We managed to get out of the rain within about 30 mins and it was smooth sailing. Parted ways with Pat and his buddy (Scott?) once we hit PA.

Thanks to everyone who made it. The weather wasn't great, but it was good to see some friendly faces. I think we are going to mark that Blues, Brews, and BBQ event on the calendar for next year and make a long weekend of it.

Chris (lawnchairboy), Scott (Blind Squirrel), Matt (Matts_12GS) & Nate, and I all arrived in the VA Tidewater area safe & sound. Other than a few minutes in the morning we had no rain, though it threatened often. Was great to see so many people made it out despite the rain.

RAIN ... that was the operative word for the weekend, except for the BB&BBQ event ... for which we had perfectly cool and sunny weather!

And what a great event the BB&BBQ was. Great food, great beer, and a really outstanding music line-up.

Oh yes, we'll be returning next year.

What a great event!

Many thanks to Chris for the use of the bike, Craig and Jim for the work setting it up and to all the folks Nathan and I got to meet and ride with.

Thanks for having us!!

Jim, Craig , Keith: thanks, great roads and great route today Craig .

BB&Q at snowshoe was VERY enjoyable. I could think of few places on the east coast (snowshoe) that would be better for an UN. That place is nice. I will most likely be back for BB&Q fest regardless of an RCR event.

There is a wine feat coming up there at snowshoe I think pretty soon. Anyone who hasn't ever been, ride your motorcycle there in the pre winter months, not a bad road in any direction, and when you return to your diggs in the evening, a multitude of dining and entertainment options await. Spectacular.

Home about 4. Somehow I avoided all the rain but found lots of curves on the way home (at least until I hit Ohio).

While the rain wasn't exactly what we ordered, the sun did shine very nicely for the BB&BBQ event which was tons of fun.

Good to see everyone and meet some new people. Hopefully we can turn this into an annual event.

I was hoping to see something from Al.......

I don't like leaving people with a questionably running bike.

Great time Craig and Jim, thanks for working the levers. wave

Got home about seven thirty, all good until the mass pike. It was basically a parking lot so we had to travel fifteen miles west to go NE. Keith, thanks for a tug out of the hills, entraining to say the least! thumbsup

Thank you for another great event Jim, Craig, and Keith. Of course we left a day early and knew it would be a bit misty. After 90 miles the roads dried out and it was smooth sailing. Ggeiger, PAS, and brother Ron made it home by 2PM. We all enjoyed the ride and the weekend.
