AndyS
The rubber tubes from the airbox to the throttle bodies are held in place with stainless steel clamps. Has anyone had these off, and what did you replace them with? Has anyone used cable ties, 'Jubilee' style worm drive clips or anything else? Link to comment

Evening Andy Those intake tube clamps are reusable & take a special (clamp pliers) to pinch the ends together to release the clamp. You can file or grind a pair of pliers to remove/re-install those clamps or go on-line & order a pair of clamp pliers (auto CV joint "low profile" clamp pliers will usually also work. AndyS
Ah, thanks for that. The clamps just seemed a tad OTT for what they do. Maybe will replace them with some quality wormscrew clamps at some time in the future. However, until that time, it's a trip to my grinder. Bye bye pliers! Link to comment
