Mobiletron TPMS

Just in case you missed this product I can highly recommend https://my-fobo.com/Product/FOBOBIKE

Mike05,

FOBO is a very good product for bikes, trikes, trailers, etc. I would strongly recommend their T-valve stem for both tires, as well. Scroll down on the link above to see the T-valve pics and dimensions. Makes it easier to air-up the front tire, too. T-valve

The FOBO system uses your smartphone as the display.

Mike05 - Please let us know if you find the price of the Mobiltron. Regitar wanted more personal information than I was willing to give them just to find the price. Irritating.

From a GL1800 website post:

Mobiletron TPMS

Just ordered one from the US distributor in Alabama. The price was $130, so hands down the best deal assuming it does everything it says it does. I opted for the internally mounted version which uses a stainless strap to go around the rim. Interesting the externally mounted senders have customer replaceable batteries. I opted for the black one, but they distributor also stocks the silver one.

The distributor is:

REGITAR USA, INC

2575 Container Drive

Montgomery, AL 36109

Tel: 334.244.1885

Toll Free: 877-REGITAR (734.4827)

Fax: 334.244.1901

There is no way to order on line. I sent an email and got an immediate response from the operations manager. The purchase was handled by email.

Thanks all for the information/options; lots of choices.

The Mobiletron TPMS allows for internal mounting of the sensors, something I prefer. Some of the external "cap" systems, like "Steel Mate" ( my favorite: http://www.steelmate.com.au/p/8947695/tp-90-a-stylish-tpms-for-your-motorcycle.html ) have a lock, making adding air a longer process.

Appreciate the information; will call & order tomorrow.

Used the information (below) Doug provided & the Regitar TPMS (ordered by phone) is on the way!

Great folks to deal with; either by email or phone. Apparently they are suppliers for several large companies and promise not to compete with them on the internet, so individuals like me use phone & email to order.
