Hex ezCan

So I picked up my 2018 R1200RT 719 version three weeks ago. Both a Hex ezCan to install DM denali lights and my heated plug in. Installed it according to the instructions to the RCD or Tire Pressure monitor. Everything worked fine for about 50 miles, then my tachometer died, then came back on half speed, then died then half speed.... So I was at the shop getting the first service and they reset the computer. Tach worked for another 10 miles then same thing?? So I unhooked the Hex ezCan and the tach worked just fine???

I sent a note to the company on Friday to find out whats up? My 2018 RT has all the options except the BMW overpriced lights! Dealer wanted $1200 more to install them, I just couldn't swallow anymore after getting the 719 color add on.

Is there a hidden message here?

Been running one for a long time and no issues like you describe.

What was the last thing you did before the ezCAN?

After many emails to the support for Hex Ezcan, they solved my problem, a little Dielectric grease and careful connections fixed it. Everything works fine.
