HJG LED Projector lights

I ordered (from China) through ebay these lights to use as extra lights to be seen more than see myself.

I mounted them on my RT just under the blinkers and connected direct to not upset the canbus, all fine. They do have three modes, High, Low and oscillating. They are white with a blue halo ring, and that may be the problem.

When on in any mode the blue halo is illuminated and it does give the lights a blue accent. When Oscillating which is my preferred mode I am afraid they might be interpreted as blue because of the halo.

Does anyone have experience of these and maybe I can disable the halo or cover it with something. The halo is like a led strip around the light and it looks like they are fed power separately (they dont oscillate) through their own wires from inside the projector body.

I dont want to be a magnet for LE claiming i have bluelights blinking......

Fixed by cutting the wire to the halo ring.
