I bought into the brand in 86, (Low Rider) was his time at the helm, I guess. The bike never let me down so thank you Mr. Beals.

I've been riding one of his early EVO Electra glides for 30 years this year. Marvelous motorcycle if you have the time for a leisurely pace! Shame he's gone. I've seen a t-shirt on an old biker that said “And on the 8th day God rode his Harley”. Let's hope Mr Beals is riding with the Big Guy!

Yes the Evo motor was a key to the Harley return and was a great motor. Hope he is riding in heaven
