Joe Frickin' Friday
Somehow missed this last Christmas: Linky Full YouTube video is embedded in article. Summary: A guy is riding in Paris, dressed as Santa Claus. He happens to witness a car mow down a pedestrian and then try to drive away. He gives chase, persistently, and is finally able to flag down some Parisian moto cops to come and arrest the perp. Victory! Link to comment
RTinNC
That was great! But then what else would you expect from Santa! Link to comment
Antimatter
So nice to see how you can ride in places where people don't get all b-hurt when you lane split. Well done to the rider for being a good citizen. Link to comment
KTM Doug
Were they escorting him to the coffee and donut shop Don't think I would want to ride or drive there. Link to comment
RandyShields
Wow. Pretty amazing. The arrest at gunpoint was pretty tense. At a prior START, Slumgulion and I were on our way back to the hotel and we were following a woman who was weaving all over the road and crossing the double yellow at least a dozen times. We kept our distance, but when got into town, we spotted a local LEO who we advised of the situation. He caught up to her and pulled her over. Surprisingly, she wasn't drunk as we had suspected, but was tending to a sick and ornery child and continuously reaching over to the passenger seat to do so. She got a safety briefing from the cop and was released, but it was a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a head on collision if her lane crossing was mistimed. donbmw
It may have funny. But he took to many chances of getting hurt. I would have followed the car until I could call the cops. Link to comment
