Rode up Friday morning, met the group in Inyokern for lunch and blasted at 90+ mph the rest of the way into the park. We spent Saturday playing tourist around the park riding to all the cool spots and had dinner at the Furnace Creek Inn (a real swanky joint until WE showed up lol), and rode home today. No problems, lots of fun with friends - most of whom are motorcycle industry or magazine guys or like me, old racers, had some fun scratching on twisty roads, and burned plenty of gas. It was cold most of the trip, heated gear and grips turned on more often than not. Rode my RT, the perfect bike for this kind of ride. Link to comment
