FYI R1200ST riders

Just had a foot peg rubber start to come apart lately with 49,000 miles and 12 years on it. Quite disappointing to find out that the replacement part # 46717654384 foot peg rubber is no longer available from BMW. I luckily did find that Cross Country Cycle was able to fill my order. Cross Country Cycle . Might be a good idea to get spares while there are some left to be had.

I had to replace a peg on my 07RT a few weeks ago.

I got a used one (Looks like new) from Motorworks in England

well, good news . the footpeg rubber is still current from bmw .

the rubber with the metal stiffening brace is not.

so just order the new rubber for 24.95 and re-use the brace.

Seems to be the same rubber that is on my '17 R12RS. In fact the whole footpeg looks the same. My ST's rubber was held on by screws through a plate, while the '17 uses rivets.
