testing air and oil temperature sensors II

Here are the results for the air temperature sensors. I was not able to find the specifications for the sensors in the BMW service manuals I found on the internet for $10. I did not buy the BMW service CD for $100 plus. Does anyone know if the specifications are in it?

These readings are probably not very accurate, but the principle is the resistance decreases with increases in temperature. My experience with electric components is the specification will be something like X ohms + or - Z%, meaning there is some variance allowed. I found another member who tested the oil temperature sensor for the purpose of calibrating the scale on the Rider Information Display. He used calibrated instruments under [what seemed like] rigorous conditions, so his readings are probably WAY more accurate than mine. His numbers corresponded roughly with mine.
