Hi all,

I have a 03 GT and am looking for additional wind deflectors that I can add to the fairing for additional protection for both my hands and upper arms. Has anyone seen something that works?

I was also interested in some small deflectors to mount under the RT mirrors to push some air away from the passneger's legs.

I wonder if I'll need to search the Goldwing catelogs.

I may have something for you, but will have to check at home tonight. I purchased some wind/hand guards for a GT to use on an RT but they were not adaptable.

I will check tonight and get back with more information.

AeroFlow makes these for but I don't see them listed for your year bike.

You could call them and ask. BTW Their wind screen provides a whole lot more protection than most, it is considerably wider - you may be good with one of them and no other deflectors. AreoScreen

Normal disclaimers apply... Very satisfied customer

Hi,

Think those come stock on the GT.

Thanks for looking for me but those do come stock on the GT, usually color matched. My wife is interested in additional protection.

Those are the stock GT additions to the RS (2002-on) fairing, along with the lower leg wind deflectors.

OP, the GT was originally designed for the handlebars to be much lower, where the hand guards actually added wind protection.
I believe this is the European version of bar placements and works for them.
The US version had the bars back and up a bit, making the additions less functional.
Perhaps the hand guards from the GS could be modified for use on her GT and would help in this case.
Best wishes.
