All Central State locations are added as of April 16, 2013 @ 1:30 p.m. This concludes all divisions of the Road Food Resurrection listings.
I am truly sorry it took so long, boys and girls, but at least it's done. I guess all those mail order procrastination lessons finally paid off once I got around to them.
Now all we gotta do is add to the list. Let's get riding. As for me, I'm back to the job search.

I would like to see Sweatmans BBQ Holly Hill SC added to the list. Only open on Friday and Saturday but very good if you like South Carolina (Mustard Based) BBQ. They also deep fry the BBQ skins.

Big W BBQ, Wingdale, NY. Some good eats and nice riding in this area of the Hudson Valley in New York. About 30 miles southeast of Poughkeepsie.

Peddlin Pig Has some awesome brisket in Banner Elk NC just off the Parkway and they deep fry the Pork Rhinds and bring em to ya hot. Little Switzerland on the BRP has the Switz Cafe where the pies and desserts are to die for. I had a fresh deboned smoked Trout with capers that was superb. lauriedrake had a smoked salmon salad that was excellent.

Thanks for the work on this ....we travel on our stomachs. Live to ride, ride to eat too.

edit Description
Address: 4235 Hwy 105 South, Banner Elk, NC

Utilizing local produce, meats smoked nightly, homemade desserts and made-from-scratch sauces, the Pedalin’ Pig is a unique place to grab a non-traditional meal. Offering three different sauces to go on a variety of meats, the Pedalin’ Pig is open seven days a week with locally crafted beers, local wines and a full bar. Try out old favorites like pulled pork, ribs and pork rinds or go for something a bit more unconventional, like barbeque tacos and bacon corn muffins!

Liitle Switz is MP 334 on the BRP

The burgers are huge! Order the double at your own risk. Fries, onion rings, fresh homemade deserts! Skip the tourist traps in Lynchburg and ride a bit south for a great lunch. If you like shopping for bargains, the Unclaimed Baggage Center is close by.
