First you need to go to www.imageshack.us, then follow the simple steps, I put pictures for those that are still on the Kindergarten level

I've sorted out how to post pictures but I'm struggling on how to post a map. Can I post a google generated map? Can I post a Garmin Basecamp map? I use photobucket yet haven't been able to get the map there let alone post it to BMWST.

Do you want to post a picture of a map or the data file that generated it?

The easiest way to post a picture of a map is to do a screen grab when you have what you want visible. (Alt-PrtScn or similar on a Windows machine) Then paste into a photo editing machine (I use irfanview for this purpose) Save the pasted image into a jpeg and there you have it.

You were close - press quote to see what I did (lower/upper case doesn't matter)

Just extract the address of the actual image (as above in the quote) and use it inside the IMG code (or enter in the box when you press the image button)
