Not cheap & you will need the special nuts but they fit great & look factory (will drop right into the factory holes on the 1200RT hexhead bars)

Love them on my 07

If you can park it, and not turn around to admire it before walking away, you bought the wrong one.

The K bike mirrors fit an 06 R1200RT perfectly. If the truth be known, I think the handle bar controllers are interchangeable with the K and R bikes. It was all too smooth on the install. That was 5 years ago. I, too, had a problem with the rear view, especially when riding two up. Let's don't go there when the pillion is on board. However, I've found the K bike mirrors are not far out of sight line as when they drop down to the cowling mirrors. I paid full price. It was worth it.

Roy ... .I am still running the Napoleon Mirrors just as you suggested. They work well with the V-Stream shield!!

Mr. RTinNC, please tell about the V-Stream windshield. Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I'm looking for another shield. I bought a Cee Bailey and returned it. How is the wind handling, do you get wind pushing your back, and how tall are you?

I keep thinking about it, but I keep forgetting what I was thinking about!
