Yes. A great bike. Lusted after the orange R 90 S, ended up w/R 100 RT ('81), odometer broke at 189k+ and rode it for years that way. Sold it in '04 (for @75% of what I bought it for) Those dang airheads, had R 50. R 75, R 100, made an Airhead out of me.....
If my mind wanders, should I follow it? Tim Conch Town Krewe 2003 K 1200 GT 1996 R 1100 RSL 1980 R 100 RT 1972 R 75 1968 R 50 All now gone...

This is where I got hooked. In 1978 somebody at Biloxi AFB had one. One look was all it took. I bought a rat in 1981, and restored it by 1983, and rode it daily for about 12 years. No idea how many miles I put on it, but it went through 3 speedometers. link If that doesn't get your blood flowing, you are dead! Classic Wish I had a bigger garage because it would be a shame to park that bike out in the elements year round. That's my excuse for not snapping it up right now and I'm sticking to it...

In the view of the instrument panel you can see a second orange R90S. Wish Seattle wasn't so far away. I've found the Seattle area to be a nest of motorcycle hoarders. I'd be more than happy to go take a look at it for you... Funny, as beautiful as that bike is, I don't want one again. For a long time I wanted a late model R100 RS. But, now it's an R1200 RS, especially the version that comes without the fufu electronic suspension.
