Centech AP-2 mounting options

I have a Centech AP-2 mounted in the typical position underneath the rear seat. However, I just bought a Corbin smuggler trunk that needs to occupy the same space where the Centech is mounted. I'm trying to find another suitable mounting point for the Centech that makes the most sense. Anyone have a Centech mounted in another position? Any suggestions?

Dunno what you mean about under the seat. I have a fuze block that resides just under the rear rack, accessible by removing the seat.
