If you've got a Camhead, it's doable to install the locking mount from a GS.

I fitted this item a few weeks back and it does a good job even if a bit pricy. Of course as others have said "locking" or disabling the release button is not real security but it will slow down or stop the casual thief.

Anyway the Oldtimers unit is a good OEM like item and you can hear it locking and unlocking!

Hi
I have also purchase this kit, yes it was a bit pricey, but it was very easy to mount.
I also made i Y-cable with oem BMW plugs, so i don't have to cut the oem cable to the actuator.
