JagMike96
I ride a 2005 R1200RT. I'm vertically challenged. I've looked into the Airhawk IST Low seats. Their fitment chart is primarily for the GS. Anyone have advice or personal experience with these? I like that I can gain 2". Cheers! New rider here, be gentle. Link to comment

Medic Mike
Mike: I am 68" and the RT is pushing my limits in regards to seat height. If you can afford it, try to acquire an aftermarket seat that is lowered. Companies like Corbin offer lower seats than the stock. I was lucky enough with my 2011 to have an aftermarket suspension that was already lowered 35mm, so life has been really good there. Another ones I see a lot of people here use is Bead Rider and Alaskan Sheepskin Those stock seats are brutal. Good luck and happy hunting. Mike Link to comment
