Front and Rear shock replacement on R1100RS

Can anyone tell me if the fuel tank needs to come of of the bike to R & R a front shock, and does the rear require much body removal to access shock?

You need to slide the tank back, but you don't need to remove it.

Just remove the rear wheel and seat to replace the rear shock.
