PC680 odyssey new 15 months ago. Charged up to 13.6 v.

Load tested and battery is 'strong'/good etc

Sat overnight and tested battery at 13.49 v and a week later at 13.22 v with no running or charging.

Do I have a battery drain from the stock wiring/draw or is this a normal drain from the clock and computer??

Morning Lester

Probably a little of both.

Right after a charge the battery will show a fairly high voltage (most of that higher voltage shown is a surface charge)-- Then after about 12-24 hours (with no load on it) the battery voltage will drop to it's nominal sitting voltage.

If your Odyssey battery is still at over 13 volts then either your volt meter is off a little or the battery hasn't flashed off all of it's surface charge yet. (it will probably eventually settle out in 12.9X volt range using an accurate voltmeter)-- Battery temperature can also have a little effect on rested battery voltage.

From then on the small parasitic drain from the bike's electronics will lower it a small amount each day, week, or month. (the Odyssey is pretty darn good at handling the minor parasitic drain of a motorcycle though)
