I had a fellow employee knock my bike over with his car and scratch my top case. He felt pretty bad about it and bought me a new top case. I am selling my old one and giving him the money to help him recover from the sticker shock of the new one.
Here is what you get - a very nice top case with scratches on the right side. There is no damage to how the top case functions. You also get a new lock cylinder assembly to set to your key (I had Irv Seaver BMW change out my old lock into the new case). The scratches aren't to deep so maybe it can be wet sanded smooth. The lid scratches would have to be painted.
