I replaced the fork seals and the book says the refill is .470.not sure what that is , cant be almost half a quart because not that much came out.anyone have any idea how much needs to be in there .its a R100RT year 2000

I came up with 470 cc when I researched it Ill have to double check
I just looked it up and found that a ML is essentially the same amount
