Scott L
I have installed a wiring kit with switch for some aux lights. Upon testing, they aren't working. I don't hear the relay switching when I turn power on, so I'm wondering if the ground I used is not a good ground. I used a location that had a ground wire attached to it already just forward of the battery to what looks like chassis. Anyone have any ideas where else I should ground on this particular bike? Thanks Link to comment
SKYGZR
Battery - terminal is the best Link to comment
Dennis Andress
Every time the battery is disconnected any add on terminals get wrenched on. Over time those terminals will deform, and eventually fail Either of the starter bolts make great grounds. The hot side of the alternator is unswitched battery positive. Link to comment
