Can these two products replace the original factory solution?

Here's what your book says:

Now, with that being what the book says, I use in my 2019 since the 600 mile freebie:

Shell Rotella T6 Full Synthetic 5W-40 Diesel Engine Oil, 1 Gallon

Масло MOPAR Gear Oil 70W-80, GL-5, 1qt. 68227765AB | Товар

The Liqui Moly meets the specs for your bike. The Mobil 1 gear lube doesn't have the specified viscosity, however your final drive is the same as those on earlier liquid cooled GSs for which 75w90 was specified, it should work fine.

Assuming that the API SN Plus designation is backwards compatible to SL, the LiquiMoly appears to meet the specification.  It's what Beemerboneyard sells, FWIW.  I use the similarly labeled Motul 7100 with good results.

As for the final drive, two issues with the product posted.  1.  It doesn't meet the  specification of 70W 80, and 2 it has limited slip differential modifiers added.  Some here on this forum have argued that the final drive oil should not have LS modifiers....  I have no personal technical knowledge beyond that, however I did use the product you show in our pair of hexhead RTs with no problems.   Anyway, if you are in warranty you might consider ponying up for the name brand BMW stuff on the final drive oil.  I initially balked at the price until I realized a 500 mL bottle covers 24k miles.  Then decided it was no big deal.  Last I researched, the only other fluid meeting the specification is  the Mopar product Richard posted above.  All that said, some BMW dealers are using 75W 90 in these bikes.

According to the API, SN meets protection requirements of SL and latest BMW Advantec oil is SN, so the use of an SN rated oil should be fine.
