TEWKS Posted August 8 Share Posted August 8 It’s still a ShiftCam so I’m trying to find something different about it. The cylinders aren’t offset like the 1250’s, the oil filter is a cartridge type (boo 👎) the drain plug is on an angle instead of straight down under the engine. copied obviously BMW claim the 1254cc 1250 GS makes 134bhp @ 7750rpm, and the 1300cc R1300 – with more capacity from wider bores, shorter stroke, plus higher compression and larger intake and exhaust valves – is said to make 143bhp @ 7750rpm. That's a claimed 9bhp more. Torque figures are also improved: the 1250 claims 105 lb. Link to comment

This has the visual effect of making the cylinders appear to line up. Kinda cool trick. 2 Link to comment
