RockLives
Do I need hardware? Who sells it? Is it an easy install? Thanks Link to comment
ArthurKnowles
Yes you need hardware. Most Givi hardware packages attach to the stock rack. You can check out your options at the last store I bought from... http://www.rlmotorcycles.com/home/default.htm And look up specifics at... http://www.giviusa.com/ Link to comment
bmw_rider
Got mine aftermarket, but yes they are very easy to install. Link to comment
jfixit
Try Twisted Throttle, we recently dealt with them and were very happy. Link to comment
LGannon
The BMW rack has a step at the back, this part unbolts and a GIVI adaptor fits in and then a quick release plate bolts to this, I have a spare one which you are welcome to for the cost of the shipping, but it might be cheaper to get one locally Link to comment
BFish
Do I need hardware? Who sells it? Is it an easy install? Thanks installed hardware on my 2004RT and weestrom last year for a topcase. both very easy to install. +1 on RL...i mean +4 Link to comment
Troy
Just ordered mine from Twisted Throttle Great selection and great response. Mounting should be very easy, just pay attention to which line of case you order they have two lines (Mono Key and Mono Lock) and the mounting is not the same for both. Link to comment
AZgman
+100 on Twisted throttle. Great people! Link to comment
Iron Al
I got mine at Midwest Cycle in Minneapolis. At the time, a couple of years ago I think, I got my V46 and the mounting bracket for about $330. They were very quick to ship as well. Link to comment
