RTinNC Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 Yeah ... I had not seen them before either but got an e-mail from Sierra BMW announcing new items and they were on their web site. Personally after looking at them I think I'll stick with the black BMW guards and if I were to go the metal tube type protectors I'd want something that provided more protection and also was big enough to maybe mount some lights or highway peg on. Does not appear you could do that on these. Oh .. and the Ztechnik are not cheap either. JHP Posted June 29, 2009 Author Share Posted June 29, 2009 Apparently these units incorporate some type of light mount. They also look like they would absorb a fall better than the black BMW cylinder guards (which I have a pair of). Link to comment
