If your charger is specifically for a Gel Cell then it should work on a Gel Cell.. If you have doubts just E-Mail or call your charger manufacturer as they have the info you need to be sure.. The charger is also for other battery types. This charger has a "conditioning cycle" which recovers semi-sulphated batteries. My question is: Can I use this cycle on a gel battery? Link to comment
smiller Posted September 18, 2009 Share Posted September 18, 2009 I would guess that the 'conditioning' cycle means equalization, and you should not perform an equalization process on gell batteries. Link to comment
