I had purchased a hardwired power unit for my garmin nuvi from them. First unit was NG. They shipped me another. This one did register 5 volts output but had the end to fit the garmin craddle which needs 12 volts. (Both being factory mistakes.) The company refunded my money including shipping. I definately will purchase from them again and hope many of you will also. Link to comment
