Cell phone calls on Autocom Active-Plus barely audible, &c.

Hi, everyone.

 

1) I have an Autocom Active-Plus. The intercom is loud and clear, but incoming cell phone calls are barely audible. What am I doing wrongly? We use (an early release) Motorola Razr cell phone and Verizon.

 

2) The very thin foam that covers one of the helmet speakers is torn. Can that be replaced or do I have to live with a bare speaker against my ear?

 

3) I'm getting a new helmet: a Multitec to replace my RF-900. How hard is it to install a headset in a Multitec (my first flip-up)? And can I transfer my mic-speakers headset in my RF-900 to the Multitec, or will I have to buy a new headset?
