pjw73nh
Hi, I recently bought a Coocase top case. I wanted a spare key (flat one). Like all my keys I prefer to keep my key ring small. I hate the large rubber and fob based keys. So as soon as I get a locking device I head down to either the local hardware store or my local locksmith (both places let me go through their blanks). I was able to do this with the BMW key and the two topcase keys. I bought a Givi case back in 2004. I have heard that they have changed locks at some point since then. I don't know when. I think it was 2008 or so based on other posts. I keep a spare of each hidden on my bike. Here is a picture of the Givi (left) and the Coocase (right). yes, I pasted over the cuts. The pic is only the head and shoulder of the keys. I hope this helps someone. Paul.../NH Link to comment
