AZKomet
Ok, I put the 450 and 550 cradles on my quads. Direct power to the battery and they will not charge. I find that odd. Putting both units on my GSA and they fire up once in the cradle. Any freaakking idea what is the issue? I find it unlikely that both power cables and cradles are bad. And yes, the quads are 12v batts. WTF? Can anyone explain this? TIA Dave Link to comment
johnlt
Dave, try cleaning the connection panel on the bottom of the cradle. Could be dirt or some film on the little connection buttons. Link to comment

Ken H.
Quads are a lot of plastic, are you sure you have good grounds? Both positive and negative from the cradle ran all the way back to the battery. Link to comment
rfc1992
Suggestion: Check for 12vDV at the power cord. If so, clean connectors. If still no power... likely the cradle is bad. The flex-circuit that links the power to the pins went bad on mine. I have way too many Ohms. Had to replace it. Replacement works fine. I was disappointed in the lack of robust design.
