I used the unit with the Visual alert, in- helmet wireless auditory alert and Techmount mirror mount for 2009 rt. It's easy to use, nice looking, and I had several chances to get tagged (k band) and it did a nice job.

 

My only issue is I have a zumo 550. I listen to mp3s and the gps directions thru earplug headphones plugged into the zumo. The problem is the adaptiv helmet speaker is not loud enough to hear over music I am playing on the zumo. Is there another solution. I plugged the zumo mic jach into the harness but I get no sound. I love the unit , use it in my car too, and am looking forward to the laser jamming release. I would just like to be able to hear the auditory alerts when I have the earplugs in while listening to the zumalan
