ETZ
Does anyone know of any XM or Sirus discount codes? Saw one for 77 a year, but it was a bit old. Thanks Link to comment
jfremder
Not sure about a code, but when I called and threatened to cxl last year they cut my rate by 50% :)s Link to comment
ETZ
I got it for 77 plus tax. They also have a 5 months for 20 plan, but the renewal will get you. Link to comment
frenchwv
If you have AAA, you can get discounts on Sirius gear. Link to comment
John Ranalletta
Thanks for the reminder. We've got two months left on our subscription and the account was originally set up to auto-renew using our cc info. I logged in and could not find how to delete the auto-renew feature. Interestingly, the cc on record has expired and the xm site would not let me make any changes to my account profile until I entered new cc info. Okay for them. When the account comes up for renewal, they'll have to contact me. Screw 'em. I can live w/o XM. I've been downloading books from our local library free to my iPhone. Works for me in the car and on the bike. Link to comment
AZgman
They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They will not let the "normal" CS people cancel ANYTHING. You have to talk to a retention specialist. After actually canceling (took me 5 phones calls and over 3 hours, mostly on hold),you will begin to get offers by mail to reopen your account about once per month. I never took the auto renew feature so they sent me a paper bill, only they didn't send it until after the service period expired so I already owned them money on the next year's service when I called to cancel. XM satellite reception in New England is total crap, especially when the leaves are on the trees... I agree: screw 'em! Link to comment
