Cheap motorcycle tire

I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.

retreads on a motorcycle. that doesn't sounds liek a good idea. I don't think anyone does retread except on heavy trucks and construction equipment because the cost of retreading exceeds the cost to mfg a new tire. But on very large tires, the carcasses are fairly expnsive compared to the rubber.

There is a brand called Tomahawk or something similar that does sport bike tires (even in different colors) that several magizines have reviewed favorly. I don't have a link but Google should.
