DrMikey
Anyone remember the old reverse taper grips on the airheads? Does anyone know of an aftermarket equivalent for oilheads? Just got back from a 5 day, 2500 mile trip on my '03 RT. As the days wore on, I noticed the flexor muscles that work my ring finger (and especially my little finger) getting sore. The airhead grips were wider to the outside, with a sort of rounded rectangle at the end. This design gave the ring and little fingers more torque, and pretty well took care of it. Link to comment
Jerry Johnston
If you slip a foam sleeve over your present grips I think you'll be happy with the results. I got mine by buying some Harley grips that were rubber with foam sleeves but know there are sites now that sell the foam sleeves separately. Link to comment
