the purpose of this is to pass along high praise for Jim's customer service (EZ Mount) standing behind his product (R1200RT PIAA under oil cooler light mounts).

 

I placed them on my bike in late 2008. The driver's left mount cracked at the bend about two weeks ago. I contacted them thru their website, with a general inquiry to the application of their waranty on this circumstance with a couple of photos. That afternoon, he told me to ship them back and that once received, new ones of a thicker build would be sent to me.

 

They are now in the hands of USPS.

 

Obviously, make your own choices, but, I wholeheartedly recommend them simply from this incident (and, the practicality of this product!)
