Be forewarned... there appear to be several of us out here waiting several days... even several weeks just to get a response and return authorization from SENA. I like there product... but not their customer service!

I was having a love/hate relationship with my SENA headsets. They would work perfectly, then not, then again... Anyway, I updated the firmware from their website and...knock on wood...they are working flawlessly now.

There is certainly a learning curve to them.

I purchased a 2 pack of the new upgradable units at the end of June. Following a 5k mile trek, one units mike boom broke off.... Now I'm just waiting for a response like the eveready bunny...
