Stephen_Chase Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 The Tomtom Rider 2 is an OK motorcycle & general use GPS device. My problem is poor customer service from Tomtom. My Rider 2 unit crashed during a map upgrade download. It worked fine until then. Now, Tomtom support won`t do anything to help me. Their Mexican customer support unit promised me 3 times on the phone that they would call me back in 2 days with relief. I have yet to receive the relief call. Prospective purchasers should be aware that they are unlikely to get help after any warranty period has expired, even if the problem is not their creation. Link to comment
