KUDOS: WarmnSafe, and Cycle Gear

I've got two really, really good customer service stories to relate:

 

FirstGear branded electric gloves (made by WarmnSafe), right glove quit heating, left glove was lukewarm. A year out of warranty. Contacted WarmnSafe, and the owner immediately said they'd send me out a new pair, no charge. Then I remembered I bought them at Cycle Gear, and called their CS number, talked briefly to a nice young woman who transferred me to the manager at my local Cycle Gear store. He immediately said they'll replace the gloves, no charge. Cycle Gear is like REI..."hey, I've had this for 22 years and I want a new one." "Absolutely." WarmnSafe is very anxious to please.
