Anybody using a Motofizz Medium Seat Bag

Anybody have one of these? Is it to big to use as a carry-on bag for flying?

One could use it as a carry on bag if not stuffed full with hard stuff. It's dimentions don't meet airline guidelines, but again if not stuffed with hard stuff would fit either underseat or in overhead.

I have the large Motofizz I used as a carry-on when I flew to buy my RT. the only things in it though were my Aerostich, gloves, and a few clothes. It did compress to fit the airline requirements.
