When I received the headset, I found that the USB charger (used to charge the headset battery) had only a European spec plug. I contacted SpoiledBiker.com primarily to let them know that there could be a problem with their inventory. I had other USB chargers which I could use and it wasn't a big deal to me. I basically considered the issue closed at that time. Yesterday I received from SpoiledBiker.com the correct USA compatible USB charger. I'm very happy with the excellent customer service received from SpoiledBiker.com! Thank you!!! (No financial interest here. Just(!) a satisfied customer! Link to comment
