WLRider
I have a MotoComm box that I use for communications and mp3 player. It is powered off 2 AA batteries and wondering how to power it from the bike. I have my GPS powered off the bike using a standard USB power converter which drops the voltage from 12 to 5, but don't know of any device that will get it to the 3 volts for the comm box. Thoughts? Downs
Yeah I see no inputs for power other than the batteries. I can't think of a way to get this to work short of taking the unit apart and going to work with a soldering gun. Link to comment
johnlt
Should be able to go to any good electronics store and get a voltage regulator. You may need to solder on connectors etc. but no big deal. Link to comment
