Danny caddyshack Noonan
Turns out, HID high beam on the 12RT and putting on my HID converted Micro DE lamps killed the bluetooth signal. The one on high absolutely saturated the frequency and the (DE) running lamps emitted enough interference that the signal would not stay locked. My FLRS (friendly local radio shack) has a variety of ferrite chokes that clip on. Turns out, a variety is what I needed. Put them on all of the HID lines between ballast and bulb. No bluetooth issues at all now. I was worried, I'd even collected a bunch of stainless shim stock to build faraday cages around each ballast just in case. Link to comment
