Fast Eddy
I'm getting ready for a trip across Europe and am trying to mount a video camera to my helmet but i use a Nolan flip helmet and if you open the helmet it will hit the camera. I'll be riding an R1200RT (part of an IMT tour)so I can't mount it permanently to their bike. Anyone have any experience with this type of camera set up? Suggestions? Thanks Ed Link to comment
Edgar
The suction cup on the mount is very robust. I've mounted it on the rider side of the windshield, and on top of my hard plastic tank bad. Another friend mounts it on the front of the windshield. Never has a problem. Link to comment
randy
prior to using the adhesive GO PRO stick on mounts, I used the suction cup mount for 2 or 3 track days. suctioned it to the top of the gas tank, never a problem. I did have a teether just in case. Link to comment
Quinn
I've heard of people attaching to the flip up chin bar of their helmet. Below your eye level instead of above. May have been a reccomendation on Go Pro site. ----- Link to comment
