So now years later and newer smartphone old SMH10 doesn't work so good. I wrote to Sena, reply was $111 for a new unit. We have talked over the phone / asked if there will be a promotion of $49 since you now have a newer SMH10R. (on conditons you didn't hear it from me) check out website weekly, you never know. So fellow old/units keep checking for the upgrade.... Link to comment
